Solar Designed for Shared Roofs

Backed by a Decade of Experience

ONVO installs solar specifically for townhomes, condos, and any community with shared roofs or HOAs.

If you’ve ever been told solar “won’t work” for your home — you’re exactly who we built this for.

HOW DOES THIS BENEFIT ME?

  • Reduce your electric bill by up to 100% within two months

  • Never be subject to a rate increase by your electric company again

  • And yes… there’s a catch 👇

So What's the Catch?

To qualify for either our Standard Program or Pilot Program, here’s what we ask:

After install, we ask for a quick testimonial (either written or video) and before/after screenshots of your electric bills so we can showcase real results.

That's It.

No hidden fees. No fine print.

If we’re going to give you the best deal in solar, we just ask that you help us prove it works.

We Focus Only

on Shared Roof Condos

ONVO is a proud partner of Ilum — a trusted solar company with over 11 years of experience in California.

While Ilum brings the solar tech and handles the installation, ONVO focuses entirely on the people within the condos, townhomes, and HOA-governed communities.

We’re the customer experience side of the partnership — making sure every step goes smoothly, every form gets handled, and every unique situation gets the attention it deserves.

Hate Your HOA?

We take care of the paperwork.

HEADS UP!

This Isn't For Everyone.

This program won't be a good fit for you if:

Your average electricity bill is under $80/month

You’re renting

You plan to move in the next six months

FAQS

Can I really do this on my roof if I share it with neighbors?

Yes. As of 3 years ago, California law allows solar installs on shared roofs (no matter what your HOA says). Your system is segmented and measured to match your equitable share.

Does this cost a bunch of money upfront?

No. Most installs are done with no money out of pocket, and many homeowners save money on their first bill.

Will I be eligible for full backup battery power?

Maybe. If your roof qualifies, battery backup is usually included. We’ll map it out based on your usage and space.
